This yummy cheesy "bread" can be served as a side, or enjoyed on its own as a snack.

Ingredients

Fell 250g Cauliflower & Broccoli Rice
100g Grated Mozzarella Cheese
100g Grated Extra Mature Cheddar
1 tsp Garlic Powder
2 Eggs
Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Directions

Pre-heat the oven to 200°C
Microwave the broccoli rice for 3 minutes.
Add half of the two cheeses, the eggs and the spice.
Spread out on a silicon sheet, and bake at 200°C until golden.
Add the rest of the grated cheese and place back in the oven until golden.

Recipe Note

For an extra taste of garlic, try brushing it with garlic butter before your last layer of cheese!
